Social Media for Business

Presented by: Simon Gough, Director, Redfront Marketing

Wednesday 23rd November, 2011 1400 - 1730 at Dillington House (Cameron), Ilminster, Somerset, TA19 9DT

Simon Gough's Social Business workshop will build on the introductory session he ran at the Dillington House event but will equally suit any business with an interest in developing better customer engagement.

Social business is a comprehensive approach that redefines how businesses operate both internally and externally. In this workshop Simon will encourage businesses to rethink how they see themselves in relation to their customers and the marketplace, demonstrating how the impact of social has only just begun.

Early adopters of social business can take advantage of new routes to market, stronger relationships with customers, new ways to innovate and collaborative possibilities. Take part in the social business workshop to get practical support relevant to your business.
